Authors, Directors, and Creatives:

Our trade-in program is designed to support the sustainability and accessibility of the horror community.

We ask that authors, directors, zine creators, or other creatives do not use the trade-in program to place their own work on our shelves. This includes trading in copies of your own work (books, zines, DVDs, and other creative media) with the hope of gaining exposure.

We appreciate the hard work and creativity that goes into making horror and we can’t imagine how difficult the process is to get your work out there. However, our trade-in program is not intended to be a submission or distribution platform. We ask that you do not undermine our curation process and take advantage of a policy designed for readers and collectors, not self promotion.

If you’re interested in having your work considered for our store we’d love to hear from you! We encourage you to reach out through our submission form. We're always open to original work that aligns with our mission. But, your work must be reviewed and approved like everything else on our shelves.

Thank you for respecting this boundary and helping us create a fair, supportive, and sustainable horror community!
