Return policy

New Items

Returns are accepted on new items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in unused and unopened with it’s original packaging in tact.

To initiate a return, contact midslumbermedia@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (i.e. incorrect or defective item).

Used Items

Used items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

If a used item arrives damaged, contact midslumbermedia@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos. We will review and respond accordingly.

Additional Information

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method after returned items are received and inspected. Processing may take up to 3-5 business days.

• Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
