Midslumber Media is a queer woman owned horror bookstore/video store based in NE Portland
On our shelves (in person and online!) you’ll find all sorts of horror media from new and used horror books and movies (DVD, Blu-ray, 4K, Boutique, and VHS), horror vinyl soundtracks and CD’s, magazines, gifts, dark romance/erotica, and so much more!
Midslumber Media opened early 2025 and is owned and solely operated by lifelong horror fan, Michaela “Mick” Granger (she/they). As a queer woman owned business, community and accessibility is of the utmost importance. Much like the horror genre-the horror community is massive, diverse, and growing! We strive to create and maintain a space where everyone feels represented, supported, and welcome.
Midslumber Media is also neurodivergent and disabled owned! Our store and events are typically catered to be neurodivergent and disability friendly however, we’re always looking for ways to improve!
